These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gadgetrare.shop (the "Site"), operated by RetroVault Collectibles LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit an order or inquiry on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

📦 Product Descriptions & Grading

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and honestly. All vintage and antique items are sold in the condition described, using our five-tier condition grading system explained on our homepage. Photographs are of the actual item for sale wherever possible. Minor variations from photos are possible due to lighting or screen calibration and will be noted in the individual condition report where materially relevant.

💵 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice ahead of order confirmation. The price confirmed in writing at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

💳 Orders and Payment

Submitting an inquiry form or a "Check Item Availability" request does not constitute a purchase or a binding order. An order is only confirmed once you have received our written confirmation and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at any time prior to dispatch, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information through our forms, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

🤝 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RetroVault regarding use of the Site.
