We want you to be genuinely happy with every piece you buy from RetroVault. This Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

🗸 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

📦 Condition for Return

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging included. Items that have been damaged, modified, or disassembled after delivery are not eligible for return.

🚚 Damaged in Transit

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, photograph the damaged packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a materially inaccurate description.

🔁 Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for a different item rather than a refund, let us know when you initiate your return — we're happy to arrange this where stock allows.

🌐 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for any returned item, as we cannot process a refund for a return that is lost in transit.

📋 How to Start a Return

Contact us via our contact form or email returns@gadgetrare.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization, shipping instructions, and (where applicable) a prepaid label. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be delayed.

🚫 Exclusions

Custom-sourced items requested specifically for a buyer through our inquiry form are non-returnable unless they arrive materially different from the agreed description.
